The Powertex LPD lifting point with a decentered link is a 360° rotating and 150° pivoting lifting point for industrial lifting applications. Its spacious forged D-shaped link and uniform WLL in all permitted loading directions support flexible load connection and simpler load planning. An integrated spring reduces rattling and keeps the D-ring in the desired position.
Best used for
- Lifting applications requiring the same WLL in different loading directions.
- Vibrating machinery and vehicles where reduced rattling is beneficial.
Not ideal for
Rotation under load. Use a ball-bearing lifting point such as POWERTEX LPB instead.
Product benefits
- 360° rotation and 150° pivot motion accommodate changing load directions.
- Uniform WLL in all directions simplifies load planning.
- Integrated spring reduces rattling and holds the D-ring in position
- Dual hexagonal bolt grips provide flexible installation with different tools.
- Tested in accordance with EN 1677-1 and AS 3776 requirements.
- Each lifting point is crack-detection tested, and production samples are proof-load tested. The product design is fatigue-tested to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
- The traceability code links components to the production lot and raw materials.
- Full WLL from -40°C to +200°C, with reductions at higher temperatures.
- Features: 360 degrees rotatable, quiet, spacious link, longer bolts available
- Material: Forged alloy steel
- Marking: According to standard, CE-marked, UKCA-marked, Powertex, model name, WLL and batch number
- Temperature range: -40 up to +200°C without reduction in WLL
- Finish: Powder painted in PURE RED
- Standard: EN 1677-1
- Note: Before use, review the WLL diagram to select the correct LPD for your application
- Safety factor: 4:1
