By working with suppliers who share our values and meet our sustainability standards, we ensure that all parts of our supply chain share the same goals – a sustainable supply chain.
In our collaboration with suppliers, we continuously improve the quality and safety of our products and strive to create a supply chain that meets the requirements of our Supplier Code of Conduct. Our experience shows that suppliers who have valued sustainability also value quality.
Much of the sustainability impact of our products occurs in the supply chain, which we cannot directly control. However, we leave nothing to chance and our systematic approach is described in our Supply Chain Sustainability Guidelines. The aim of the guidelines is to develop long-term relationships with our suppliers and improve their sustainability, including health and safety, environment, social and business ethics. All our suppliers are expected to comply with the standards of the Code of Conduct, and for those defined as “at-risk suppliers”, we regularly conduct sustainability audits and develop corrective action plans.
